We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at bryanvangeest@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Please include a clear photo of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and resolve it for you you are not required to physically return the item.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items
All our products are made to order (print-on-demand). Therefore:
- We do not accept returns due to incorrect size selection by the customer
- Please always check the size chart before ordering
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned
14-Day EU Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unworn
- Unused
- In its original packaging
Refunds
Once your return request is approved, you will be automatically refunded within 10 business days via your original payment method.
